The men's basketball team (4-7, 1-0 America East) will play the final game of its non-conference schedule on Tuesday, January 3, when they travel to Annapolis, Md. to take on the Navy Midshipmen (6-5, 0-0 Patriot). Tip-off time is 7:30, with the pre-game show on WLG-AM (and umbcretrievers.com) beginining at 7:25 p.m. The game vs. the Midshipmen opens a big week for the Retrievers as they host America East rival Boston University on Thursday and travel to Vermont for a Sunday game vs. the Catamounts.

UMBC is 0-9 vs. those two teams since entering the conference in 2003-04.
