Background: Earned Boys’ Player of the Year honors from the basketball coaches in the Shore Conference and from the media in The Asbury Park Press in 2008-09… Averaged 14.2 points per game for the Head Coach Geoff Billet’s Colts (26-3), who captured the Shore Conference Tournament title and the NJSIAA Non-Public South “A” sectional championship… Scored 19 points vs. national power St. Anthony’s last season… A Second-Team All-Monmouth County honoree in his senior campaign… Amassed 1,119 points and hit 178 three-point field goals in his three-year varsity career, including a season-best 69 in 2008-09… Selected UMBC because “the coaches at UMBC are great and I felt I would fit in well”… Has an older brother, Michael, and a younger brother, Kevin… Lists favorite professional team as the NBA’s New York Knicks… Enjoys the music of the Dave Matthews Band and going to the beach… Son of Elaine and Thomas Neller… Born Feb. 28, 1991.
