Video Streaming Available for All UMBC Home Lacrosse Games

Retriever lacrosse fans can catch all of action of the 2009 season either at UMBC Stadium or via the world wide web. UMBC has partnered with the Pack Network to provide a video streaming service that is available on the Retrievers’ multimedia website, www.umbcretrievers.tvUMBC Athletics would like to apologize for the audio difficulties experienced during the UMBC-Rutgers game--these should be resolved for the rest of the games this season!

 

All of UMBC’s men’s and women’s home lacrosse games will be available live in real time. Fans can get all of UMBC’s video content on the live streaming site via an All-Access Pass for the low rate of $59.95. A radio-style play-by-play is available with each game. Individual games can be purchased for $4.95.

 

Live stats via UMBC Athletics’ website of www.umbcprestosports.com are also available for all men’s and women’s home games.

 

In addition, UMBC Athletics is continuing its partnership with Fox 1370 Sports Radio to bring fans the action of seven regular season games and all post-season games for Don Zimmerman’s nationally-ranked men’s lacrosse team. Gary Stein will handle the play-by-play duties for many of these broadcasts.

 

The regular season radio schedule includes a February 28 date vs. Colgate, March contests vs. Johns Hopkins (March 3), Ohio State (March 21), Stony Brook (March 28), Towson (March 31) and April America East showdowns vs. Binghamton (April 4) and Albany (April 11).
