Background: Harford County First Team selection by The Aegis in 2005…led all scorers on the varsity squad at John Carroll in both 2004 and 2005…holds the Patriots’ team record for most goals scored in a single game with five against Seton Keough in 2005…led her team to a share of the 2005 conference title…participated in the United States Field Hockey Futures Program in 2005-06…2005 Futures team won its regional pool and medal…scored five of her team’s six goals in the pool win…also participated in East Coast Field Hockey All-Star Team Camp 6…also was a four-year varsity basketball player at John Carroll, where she was a statistical leader in Harford County for free throws and field goals…was a Futures teammate of current Retriever Emily Smith in 2005…daughter of Paul and Geri Garnet…born Oct. 16, 1987…a psychology and biology double major who hopes to go to medical school and become a psychiatrist who works with eating disorders.
