On Cutchall: Intense, talented winger…total team player…very competitive…elected co-captain for the 2005 season. 2004: Started all 17 games for the Retrievers…registered an assist in UMBC’s 5-0 win over Robert Morris. 2003: Led the team in both goals (6) and points (13) for the season…scored a goal with 2:39 remaining to tie the game, and also scored the game-winning goal in overtime to give UMBC a 5-4 victory in the season opener against Colgate…also had an assist in that game, to give her a career-high and then-UMBC record five points in the contest. 2002: Saw action in all 16 games, starting five and posting three goals. Background: Led the Tri-County area in scoring with 33 goals and 28 assists during her high school career...was Honorable Mention All-State as a sophomore, Second-Team All-State as a junior and First-Team All-State as a senior…a three-time First Team All-Star selection by Public Opinion…selected Public Opinion's Player of the Year in 2001...scored the game-winning goal in quadruple-overtime in the first round of the 2001 Pennsylvania State Playoffs...selected to the Pennsylvania and the National All-Academic Squads…was also a four-year letterwinner in basketball...chose UMBC over Rhode Island, Lock Haven and Juniata…salutatorian of her high school class…National Honor Society vice president, student council president and FBLA secretary in high school…daughter of Brown and Kathy Cutchall and Janis Cutchall...has a younger brother, Andrew, and sister, Zoe…born on July 31, 1984...a biochemistry major.
