UMBC Baseball vs. Georgetown Cancelled

BALTIMORE--The UMBC baseball game against Georgetown originally scheduled for Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. has been cancelled due to wet field conditions resulting from heavy rains in the area over the past few days.

There is no scheduled make-up date for the contest and the UMBC baseball team has no more regular season games this season.  The Retrievers finish with a 21-27 record overall and 13-11 record in the America East Conference, which ensures them a spot in the four-team conference tournament from May 22-24 at the highest seed.

The Retrievers seed for the tournament will be determined after the remaining conference teams finish their regular season schedules this weekend.
