UMBC Baseball to Host 2nd Annual 1st Pitch Preseason Banquet

BALTIMORE—UMBC Baseball will host its 2nd Annual 1st Pitch Preseason Banquet on Saturday, February 17. The fundraising event will be held on the UMBC campus in the Skylight Room located on the third floor of The Commons building from 5:30–9:30p.m.
Last year’s inaugural event was a success and special thanks go out to last year’s honorees: Jim Pirisino (’72), Fritz Lahner (’73), Steve Rice (’79), Bob Jacobsen (’79), Bill Ahern (’80), Bill Gerhardt (’80), and Greg Usilton (’85). This year’s honorees will be Jeff Crabill (’88), Bob Mumma (’92), Greg Elliott (’93), John Burns (’93), Kevin Loewe (’95), Jeff Berman (’97), and Steve Tomshack (’99).
The cost of the banquet is $40 per person. The funds raised will be administered by the UMBC Foundation, Inc for the benefit of the UMBC Baseball Program. Please make checks out to the UMBC Foundation, Inc.
