2007: Played in 10 games for the Retrievers after redshirting his freshman year… Started for UMBC against Maine where he registered seven putouts… Finished the season with a .167 average and two hits.


2006:  Did not play.  Received a medical redshirt.

 

Background:  Lettered at Williamsport High School, leading his team to a No. 1 seed for the Maryland Class-1A West Region state tournament in 2005... Team carried an 18-2 mark into the tournament but fell in the West finals to the eventual state champion and finished with a 20-3 mark… Named First-Team All-Antietam Conference after leading the conference in RBI with 32 and doubles with 11 while finishing fourth in hits at 34 and ranking sixth in both runs with 29 and batting average at .453… Earned First-Team All-Area, First-Team All-Monocacy Valley Athletic League (MVAL) and first team All-Washington County as a junior and senior… Honorable Mention All-MVAL and All-Washington County as a sophomore… Reached the class 1A state title games junior year… A member of the National Honor Society… One of two children to Jodie and David Warrenfeltz, Jr… Has a younger brother, Michael… Father played baseball and football at Washington & Lee University… Born March 15, 1987.
