2006:  Saw action in 30 games in his first season as a Retriever, starting 29, all of which were at first base… Batted .267 overall with 28 hits and 16 RBI’s as well as recording a .987 fielding percentage with 268 total putouts… Played in 12 conference games, starting 11… Saw an eight game hitting streak at the beginning of the season.

 

Gale’s Background:  Spent the last two years at CCBC-Essex… During the 2004 season he went 6-for-8 in a doubleheader against Garrett C.C… Hit a home run and two doubles to drive in eight runs in the two games… Recorded the game-winning hit in game one… Played for Archbishop Curley High School, helping his team to the MIAA Championship… Named his team’s Unsung Hero in 2001 and team MVP in 2003… Was a member of the National Honor Society… Majoring in american studies...
