Athlete of the Week: Scott Jones, Men’s Lacrosse

Scott Jones recorded a career-high five goals on seven shots in Saturday’s 13-9 America East victory at Albany. Four of his five goals occurred in the fourth quarter, including three consecutive scores in the final 10 minutes when the game was knotted at 9-9. The sophomore attackman from Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, who was named America East Player of the Week for his efforts, leads the Retrievers with 17 goals and ranks second with 23 points.
