Athlete of the Week: Keith Onto, Track & Field

Senior Keith Onto earned silver in the heptathlon at the Penn State National Invitational over the weekend with a score of 5,194. His mark is tops in the America East this season by more than 350 points and qualifies him for the IC4 Championships, where he earned bronze last year. The native of Point Pleasant, N.J., won the shot put (12.88m) and finished second in the high jump (1.97m), fourth in the pole vault (4.10m) and fifth in the long jump (6.32m), all of which rank in the top 20 in the conference this season.
